The kids and teen Taekwondo program is about more than earning belts. It is about building confidence, developing character, and becoming part of a supportive team. Every class combines martial arts training with an encouraging room where students grow alongside friends.

Students learn kicks, strikes, blocks, forms, sparring, self-defense, and board breaking while improving strength, coordination, focus, discipline, respect, and perseverance. The confidence is meant to carry into school, home, and everyday life.

KAT teaches more than a sport. Students grow together, form friendships, and practice leadership by encouraging each other. Families often call the school a second home.

How a class is built

  • Warm-up exercises and games
  • Technical training
  • Physical conditioning
  • A life-skills discussion
  • Cool-down and reflection

Sparring class is required once a student becomes an orange belt. That requirement does not apply to adults.
